By accessing or using the OneBookTrip website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

OneBookTrip is operated by Tripzbudget Inc. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

OneBookTrip provides an online travel search and booking platform that allows users to search for and book flights, hotels, and travel packages. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel providers including airlines, hotel chains, and other accommodation providers.

We do not own, operate, or control any airline, hotel, or other travel service provider. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel provider.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform and make bookings. By using OneBookTrip, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

When you make a booking through OneBookTrip, you are entering into a contract with the relevant travel provider, not with OneBookTrip. We facilitate the booking on your behalf.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel provider. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.

You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details, travel dates, and other booking information are accurate before completing your reservation. OneBookTrip is not liable for errors in information provided by you.

Some fares and rates are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please review the fare rules and cancellation policies carefully before completing your booking.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless explicitly noted otherwise.

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. OneBookTrip is not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues or third-party data feeds.

Additional fees such as baggage fees, resort fees, or service charges may apply and are the responsibility of the traveler. These fees are typically charged directly by the travel provider.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by travel provider and fare type. The applicable policy will be displayed during the booking process and included in your confirmation email.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. OneBookTrip service fees are non-refundable.

In the event of flight cancellations or significant schedule changes by the airline, you may be entitled to a refund or rebooking under the airline's policies. OneBookTrip will assist in facilitating such requests.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Platform.

You must not use the Platform to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings. Any abuse of the booking system may result in the cancellation of reservations and termination of your account.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

OneBookTrip acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any travel provider, nor for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneBookTrip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond our direct control.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tripzbudget Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY.

OneBookTrip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
